We are excited to announce a new partnership for us and you, our valued customers.
Effective November 18, 2013, AIC Wireless and WattStopper have executed an exclusive licensing agreement. This provides WattStopper, a respected industry leader in lighting and energy management controls, with exclusive rights to sell AIC Wireless products. In addition, key members of the AIC Wireless team will be joining WattStopper, continuing to evolve the AIC technology work to develop a fully integrated portfolio of control solutions.
Thirty years ago, WattStopper pioneered the creation of the energy-efficient lighting controls marketplace. Since that time, they have continued to innovate by introducing industry-exclusive products and solutions, culminating in their award-winning Digital Lighting Management technology platform.
We wanted to assure you, as valued AIC customers, we will work to make the transition as smooth as possible. Below are instructions on how to place orders and the steps that need to be taken to set-up your account with WattStopper.
Effective immediately, transmit orders directly to WattStopper Customer Service using the following order guidelines contained in this content pack. Please note there are two sets of instructions for current WattStopper customers and new WattStopper customers, be sure to reference the correct document ( INSERT LINK FOR CONTENT PACK)
Also effective immediately, order billing will be transferred to WattStopper, so please be aware you will begin to receive billing information from WattStopper on orders received after this date.
NEW WATTSTOPPER CUSTOMERS: In order to transition accounts into the WattStopper system, it is necessary for you to fill-out a WattStopper credit application, available in this content pack. (INSERT LINK TO CONTENT PACK) After completing this application, forward it to WattStopper accounting (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please allow between 3 and 5 business days for processing before placing your first order. Also Included is a completed W-9 for your records. (INSERT LINK TO CONTENT PACK)
EXISTING WATTSTOPPER CUSTOMERS: If you already have an account set-up with WattStopper, please use the account and credit terms established.
