Bryan,
Thank you for taking the time to talk to me today, it was a pleasure.
What an awesome product you guys have. Everyone claims that their product is great and is the easiest to use that has ever been made. 99% of the time the claim is total hype and merely a poor attempt at good marketing. You guys can make the claim and be proud of it.
Had it not been for me trying to make an easy installation difficult (I actually thought that I needed the software and was going to have to do some commissioning of the WLD-900) I would have been on-line two hours earlier.
After talking to you about the software, and the fact that it was not needed, I powered up the devices, did my Honeywell programming and discovered the new controller. The customer was ecstatic beyond words with the success of extending their network, wirelessly, 2,000 feet to a separate building.
This device has opened up what seems to be an endless amount of new opportunities. Thanks to you and the entire staff of AIC-Wireless for developing a truly unique and needed product.
Respectfully,
Jeff Coffey - VP of Controls
